This is a beautiful vintage Polyanthus silk flower patch. It is a Kensitas flower cigarette card that was given free in the 1930s. The patch is in a cardboard cover that has information about the flower and cultural notes.
In good vintage condition, there are marks to the cardboard cover. Please see pictures
