A beautiful bright vintage ceramic vase with roses. The background colour is black with raised red and yellow roses. The roses have a gold border, there is also a gold band around the top of the vase. The vase stand is also gold. Stamped on the base is the word foreign and the numbers 4499.
It is in good vintage condition with minor marks associated with age and use. Please see pictures
