This is a beautiful vintage copper ink blotter. The top is brass with copperplate and has a raised scroll design. The handle also has a raised design in the centre. The base is wood and has a green fabric. To add the blotting paper you unscrew the handle to lower the top half of the blotter.
It is in good vintage condition, some minor marks and knocks. It has vintage charm. Please see pictures.
