A lovely Observer's Book of Pond Life by John Clegg. A lovely illustrated and informative book all about pond life, this little book is a compact pictorial guide to the identification of aquatic animals and plants. The book has 32 plates in full colour and 16 plates in monochrome by Earnest C. Mansell and 42 photographs by the author. First published 1956, Second edition 1967, this copy reprinted 1969.
It is in fairly good vintage condition, minor marks to the dust jacket and book covers. All the pages and plates are intact. Please see pictures.
A lovely book which to learn from, it would also add a lovely vintage charm to a display.
