This is lovely vintage wooden cantilever box. Made from wood the box has two levels, which can be open separately or as a whole. The lid has a lock but sadly no key, lift up to reveal one compartment and a mirror in the lid. Unhook the metal catch to pull out the bottom section. The internal compartments are lined in a pink silk type fabric and cushioned. The wood on the box has a carved pattern which looks like wood grain.
It is in fairly good vintage condition for its age, the internal silk lining is ripped in both compartments and it has some marks. Please see pictures.
