A beautiful vintage inlaid Persian box with velvet lining. The wooden box has a painted picture in the centre of the lid with inlaid wooden pattern around the edge. The front, back and sides have the inlaid wood pattern. There is a small brass clasp which opens to reveal one compartment which is linked in pink velvet.
It is in fairly good vintage condition for its age, there are some marks and overpainting on the lid. This all adds to it vintage story and charm. Please see pictures
